I ordered 4 different colors of serger thread, and only my black thread arrived when it said it would. I still have not received the rest of my order and have gone back and forth with customer service on whether I received the whole order or not. This is my second time ordering from this company and I doubt I’ll order from them again because the first time was very similar to the second. Very disappointing.
