Price Match Guarantee

We’re committed to offering you the best value. If you find the same item for less, we’ll do our best to match it. Just keep these guidelines in mind:

  • The competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the brand. (Auctions, eBay listings, and similar sites don’t qualify.)
  • The item must be identical in brand, model, and part number.
  • The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The item must be priced above the manufacturer’s wholesale cost.
  • If we include free shipping and the competitor does not, we may adjust the matched price to account for the shipping difference.
  • Some manufacturers set minimum advertised prices (MAP). In those cases, we may not be able to offer a lower price.

Coupon Code Restrictions

We’re happy to offer coupon savings, but please note the following conditions:

  • MAP Products: Coupon codes cannot be applied to items with minimum advertised pricing (MAP). The manufacturer sets these restrictions and applies them to all retailers.
  • Combining Offers: Coupon codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Exclusions: Coupon codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards, freight-intensive items, or applied toward taxes, duties, or shipping & handling fees.
  • Other Limitations: Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash, store credit, gift cards, or gift certificates.
  • Availability: Offers are valid only while supplies last and do not apply to canceled or out-of-stock orders.
  • Additional Restrictions: Some product categories may carry their own limitations.

Machine Warranty

Round-trip shipping is provided by us for the first 180 days from delivery of the machine for any warranty repairs, provided that the original box and packaging materials are retained. If the original box and packaging materials have been discarded, then the shipment and insurance of the product will be the responsibility of the customer. After 180 days, all shipping charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Scissor Sharpening

We offer FREE LIFETIME SHARPENING on all Famore, Gingher, and Mundial-branded scissors purchased from SewingPartsOnline.com. Customers wishing to utilize the FREE sharpenings will be responsible for all shipping charges. SewingPartsOnline.com charges a flat $4 fee per scissors for return shipping. To receive your free sharpenings, please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at +1 888-824-1192 or send us an email to obtain a Sharpening Authorization Number (SAN).
  2. Package the scissors with proper packing materials to avoid damage. Please make sure to include a proof of purchase from SewingPartsOnline.com and write your SAN number on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship your scissors to us, with a tracking number, to the following address:

When we receive your scissors and proof of purchase, we will inspect them to verify their condition. If your scissors are in "sharpenable" condition, please allow five business days for the sharpening to be completed.

  • *Warning* When returned, your scissors will be extremely sharp. Because each blade is individually honed, they are / can be sharper than when originally purchased.
  • If your scissors are deemed "unsharpenable", we will reach out to you prior to sending the scissors back to you.

Sew Creative Fabrics

All fabrics purchased from our website are sold without restrictions on how you may use them. Customers are welcome to resell the fabric they buy, or to use our fabrics to create finished products—such as quilts, garments, accessories, or other handmade items—for personal use, gifts, or resale. We do not impose licensing restrictions on items made from our fabrics. However, you may not reproduce or resell our fabric designs in digital form or as reprinted fabric yardage. By purchasing, you agree that resale is limited to either the physical fabric you buy from us or your finished handmade goods, not our design files or reproductions of our designs.
