Baby Lock Love of Sewing Membership Details
Enjoy the peace of mind, knowing your machine is covered with a Love of Sewing Membership. This membership is a comprehensive service, support, and maintenance program that protects your machine for an additional two to four years (machine-dependent). Your Baby Lock machine will determine the level you can purchase. Levels 1 and 2 are four-year programs while Level 3 is a two-year program. You get yearly maintenance and support from Baby Lock-certified technicians, so you’ll never have to worry while you sew. Stay current on the latest tips and tricks with unlimited access to Baby Locks online SewEd Classes taught by Baby Lock Education experts. Babylock currently has over 2,000 classes, with new ones being introduced regularly! Your membership has three components: Love of Knowledge, the Service Program, and the Savings Opportunities. When combined, these components enable you to maximize the performance of your new Baby Lock.
Love of Knowledge
Love of Knowledge gives you access to over 2000+ video classes and shorts taught by dozens of Baby Lock experts covering more than 300 products. Everything you could want to know about your serger, embroidery machine, sewing machine, or long-arm is covered in these classes; learn about software, maintenance, accessories, projects, and more. You can download a free PDF of the course catalog here so you can get an idea of all the topics the classes cover. Also, anytime Baby Lock adds a new video, it will automatically be in your account, ready to view. To use your Love of Knowlege Membership, you will have to sign up/login to the SewEd website.
Service Program
Enjoy bumper-to-bumper coverage with the Service Program. Your machine already has a factory warranty, but the service program takes it a step further and includes maintenance like bobbin cases, threaders, and other small parts that wear out with regular use. Take your machine to your local certified Baby Lock tech for repairs, maintenance, and support. Best of all, repairs, parts, and labor charges are all covered with the Love of Sewing membership. *Some exclusions apply.
